YUAN CHANGMING grew up in a remote village, started to learn the English alphabet in Shanghai at age 19 & published monographs on translation before leaving China. With a Canadian PhD in English, Yuan currently lives in Vancouver, where he has worked as a tutor, translator & publisher. Writing credits include 15 Pushcart nominations and 16 collections besides appearances in Best of the Best Canadian Poetry (2008-2017), Best New Poems Online and over 2100 other literary outlets, across 51 countries. A poetry judge for Canada's 44th National Magazine Awards, Yuan began writing and publishing fiction in 2022; his debut (hybrid) novel DETACHING, silver romance THE TUNER & short story collection FLASHBACKS are all available at Amazon, his duology EDENING due out in 2026. ALLEN YUAN, born & brought up in Vancouver, is a 2-time Pushcart & Best of the Net nominee as well as the author of Traffic Light. Since grade 10, he has had poetry published in more than 70 magazines across 16 countries, including Cordite Poetry Review, Literary Review of Canada & Spillway. Since graducation from UBC in 2019, Allen has been working as a financial analyst in Vancouver.
